CORPORATE INTERIOR REMODEL
RANCHO PACIFIC ELECTRIC
Rancho Cucamonga, California
This project reimagines a two-story warehouse and office building through a comprehensive tenant improvement, creating a highly functional and visually coherent environment for one of Southern California’s largest electrical contracting firms. The renovation reorganizes warehouse and office areas to optimize circulation, operational efficiency, and safety while establishing a clear architectural hierarchy. Administrative offices, collaborative workspaces, and dedicated training zones are carefully arranged around a central bidding war room and kitchen.
The design subtly integrates the company’s branding, with the signature Blue Wave logo suspended above the main multi-use conference area and color accents thoughtfully woven throughout. Upper and lower office spaces are visually connected through large, strategic window openings, allowing smaller mezzanine areas to feel expansive and connected.
The architecture emphasizes clarity, adaptability, and durability, using high-performance materials and finishes that withstand heavy use while projecting a professional corporate identity. Strategic lighting, mechanical upgrades, and integrated systems support operational performance and long-term scalability. Thoughtful spatial planning fosters collaboration, visibility, and engagement across departments, delivering a cohesive environment that aligns function with brand expression while balancing efficiency, flexibility, and architectural presence.
